Are you a mathematics expert fluent in Japanese and excited to shape the future of AI?

Large-scale language models are becoming powerful tools for education—capable of delivering clear, multilingual explanations of complex math concepts to learners around the world. But this requires high-quality training data created by real experts. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for math specialists to help train the next generation of AI learning tools in Japanese. You’ll evaluate model responses for correctness, clarity, and problem-solving logic, and generate your own high-quality examples of math instruction across areas like algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and linear algebra.

You’ll simulate both the learner and tutor roles—challenging the model with questions, analyzing its reasoning, correcting mistakes, and helping refine how it teaches core mathematical concepts. You’ll also contribute to improving prompt design, evaluation benchmarks, and feedback processes to strengthen the model’s performance. A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in mathematics, math education, applied mathematics, or a related field is ideal.

Preferably, candidates should have a strong understanding of student-focused content (e.g., high school to college-level material). University students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in teaching, tutoring, curriculum development, or math communication in Japanese is a strong plus. Clear, logical thinking and the ability to explain your reasoning step-by-step are essential.

Ready to turn your math knowledge into the foundation of AI-powered learning? Apply now and help us build the model that will teach the world—starting in Japanese.
