In this role, you'll:


Assist in specifying, integrating, coordinating, and controlling customer information to ensure the quality of the TfNSW Customer Information dataset.


Manage spatial data using spatial information systems and other databases across all modes of transport, primarily for customer information purposes.


Log tickets with vendors, operators, and relevant team members upon being notified of issues.


Document errors and troubleshooting steps for each encountered error.

About you


•Must have strong SQL skills, including creating stored procedures, functions, SQL queries, designing tables, and developing scripts and procedures for application development.


•Demonstrate an excellent understanding of BI and Visualizations delivery processes, technology, and solution design with proven delivery experience.


•Possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant business or technology discipline or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.


•Have strong communication skills with the ability to understand, discuss, influence, and resolve complex issues with stakeholders at different levels.


•Be available for 24/7 support and be part of the on-call roster plan outside of business hours.


•Have extensive experience with Power BI (DAX/Power Query) modelling and visualization skills.


•Familiarity with technology stack including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI Embedded (Azure resource), Runbooks, LogicApps, AAS, DW, ADF, and Storage.


•Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Python.


•Experience with JIRA, Kanban, ServiceNow, and Service Operations is beneficial.
