We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services. You will be responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the front-end part.

Key Responsibilities 

• Write clean code to develop functional web applications

• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Perform UI tests to optimize performance

• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications

• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

• Gather and address technical and design requirements

• Provide training and support to internal teams

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features

• Follow emerging technologies

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

• Hands-on experience language with Java, and Python (optional)

• Working knowledge of CMS framework. 

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

Preferred Skills 

• Experience in the banking domain 
• Experience with Backend as a Service (BaaS) is a plus.
• Familiar with Elixir and headless CMS options.
• Familiar with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Familiar with AI and machine learning.
