Cooper Moss Rutland are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our Dynamic Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable data models, creating insightful dashboards, and integrating diverse data sources. Your expertise will drive the Site Delivery Programme forward, ensuring data integrity and facilitating informed decision-making at the highest level.

🔹 You'll
Data Modelling:
Design and implement robust, efficient Power Platform data models aligned with reporting and analytical needs.
Conduct data analysis to ensure integrity and reliability, optimizing data structures.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into actionable models.
Integrate diverse data sources, maintaining consistency, security, and compatibility across platforms.
Maintain thorough documentation of data models, including logic and schema definitions.
Data Visualisation:
Design, deliver, and maintain decision-making and performance dashboards tailored to the Site Delivery Director & Leadership Team.
Leverage advanced Power BI capabilities, including DAX calculations, interactive elements, and custom visuals.
Develop user-friendly and visually compelling reports optimized for senior stakeholders.
Power Apps:
Develop and integrate Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance project management.
Maintain apps that connect seamlessly with SharePoint and other data sources.
SharePoint:
Build and manage a bespoke SharePoint site (Performance Hub) for collaboration, document management, and dashboard visualization.
Regularly update and optimize site configurations to align with evolving project requirements.
Implement workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
Training Workshops:
Lead continuous workshops for various stakeholders on effective use of Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Provide training on interpreting dashboards and leveraging tools for decision-making.
🔹 About You
Essential
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable data models using Power Platform.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX calculations and custom visuals.
Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint integration.
Excellent data analysis skills to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong documentation skills for data models and processes.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in leading training workshops for stakeholders.
Familiarity with automating workflows in SharePoint.
Ability to develop user-friendly and visually compelling reports.
Experience in supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Knowledge of digitalization processes and improving data efficiency.

📍 Requirements and Location:
Full right to work in the UK
Working from home and a minimum of 2 days at the London site office
