Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to lead Data Quality Management (DQM) initiatives for Customer Accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategy and design of a scalable data quality framework, managing foundational initiatives to address systemic data issues, and owning product management responsibilities for DQM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in master data management, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for improving data integrity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality Strategy & Execution

• Design and evolve the data quality framework for customer account data, including KPIs and governance models
• Identify and design solutions for systemic data quality issues such as duplicates, invalid entries, and incomplete records and lead resolution in cross-team collaboration
• Collaborate with field-facing teams, revenue operations, and marketing to align on requirements, operating models and data ownership.
• Contribute to the broader master data strategy, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance of customer master data.

Product Management for DQM Solutions for Account

• Define and manage the roadmap for internal tools and platforms supporting data quality management.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into product features and enhancements.
• Ensure DQM solutions are integrated into business processes and deliver measurable value

Foundational Initiatives & Governance 

• Lead foundational initiatives to improve data quality at scale in collaboration across different teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data quality management, master data management, or data governance roles.
• Strong background in product and/or project management, ideally within enterprise data or CRM domains.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, Master Data Governance and Data Quality Management tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives across teams.
