Job Summary 🧾

We're looking for a Data Analyst – Customer Data Sharing to join our Data & Intelligence team. This person will be responsible for owning and executing the delivery of data products to our B2B customers. The role bridges the gap between internal data assets and external customer needs, ensuring data is delivered accurately, securely, and in a scalable way. You’ll play a critical role in enabling our customers to unlock value from data—while reducing the operational burden on the core Data team.

Your mission?

As a Data Analyst – Customer Data Sharing, you’ll step into a high-impact role where your work directly powers how our customers access and extract value from data. While our core product team focuses on other priorities, we’ve built a scalable but customizable process for customer-facing data deliveries—and now we need someone like you to own and elevate it.

You’ll be the go-to expert for external data sharing, helping us turn what’s currently a pain point into a strength. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and our most strategic customers to deliver clean, secure, and insightful data products—while implementing best practices around data quality, privacy, and scalability. This is an opportunity to take ownership, bring structure to ambiguity, and build a foundation for a function that will grow with the company.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

• Own and manage end-to-end execution of customer data sharing requests.

• Build, transform, and deliver secure, high-quality datasets based on internal standards and customer needs.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Engineering, and Customer Success to understand and prioritize data sharing requests.

• Maintain and evolve documentation, templates, and a scalable process for recurring or customized data deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security guidelines in all shared datasets.

• Identify opportunities for automation or tooling to streamline manual work and improve turnaround time.

• Support the monetization of data services by ensuring delivery quality and operational sustainability.

Job Requirements?💻

• 2–4 years of experience working in Data Analytics, BI, or related roles.

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

• Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.

• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Looker, GCS).

• Understanding of data governance and security best practices for external data sharing.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize based on impact and deadlines.
