This is a remote role.
The working hours will be based on Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the People Systems team, as the People Systems & Data Analyst. The purpose of the role is to harness the power of data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making within Amey’s People function, supporting HR data management, analysis and systems optimisation.
The role is key in driving innovative and ever-evolving dashboards and reports that are surfaced using Microsoft Power BI, used to manage and analyse HR-related data to extract actionable insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
A key element to this role is system management, specifically Success Factors. Having experience in Success Factors is essential criteria in order to be considered.
What you will do:
- HR Data Management – Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools, supporting data migration between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors and monitoring any relevant data governance processes
- Management Information (MI) & Reporting – designing and developing suite of MI & reporting information in the relevant format ((SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, QM4)
- People Systems Management – Supporting the administration and customisation of cloud-based HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactors. Collaborating with the IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, changes requiring integration/back-end system configuration and ensure data integrity and security. Position Management & maintenance of corporate structure including workflow/GAS within SAP SuccessFactors.

What you will bring:
- Experience in using Success Factors is essential
- Proficient in cloud-based HR Information systems including Success Factors, SAP, SAP Analytics cloud
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of using Query Manager 4, Excel Macros and VBA
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Stakeholder management skills
