Job Brief (Full-Time) 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in both AI/ML concepts and software development. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered chatbots and solutions, particularly for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations and network maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and be familiar with agentic AI and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. You will be expected to translate state-of-the-art techniques into working products and deploy them at scale. Your technical expertise will be crucial in architecting, designing, and implementing complex AI systems that will shape the future of how our users engage with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including chatbots, for MRO operations and network maintenance, from concept to production.
• Architect and develop backend services for AI applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and optimize cutting-edge algorithms for language understanding, generation, and manipulation, with a focus on LLMs and NLP.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research, product management, and data science, to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop and integrate agentic AI systems and workflows to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Implement APIs and interfaces to connect backend AI services with front-end applications, databases, and external systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, particularly in areas of conversational AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and their applicability to our projects.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure robust and error-free software; automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of AI services.
• Hands-on coding and development of AI models, algorithms, and prototypes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and operational procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI and software engineering, with a focus on backend development and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.

• AI/ML Skills:

• • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Huggingface).  
  • Deep understanding of deep learning techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and hardware optimization (e.g., TensorRT).  
  • Knowledge and experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Llama, Mistral or similar.  
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and workflow implementation.
  • Experience in deploying large-scale language models in production environments is preferred.  

• Software Development Skills:

• • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.  
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).  
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.  
  • Experience with databases and data storage solutions, such as SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and caching systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Milvus, MinIO, Redis).  
  • Good grasp of software engineering principles, software design patterns, and architectural best practices.  
  • Experience in setting up, maintaining, or using CI/CD pipelines using tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
