Working Student Sales Engineering (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student Sales Engineering (f/m/d)*, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales Engineering team—helping to shape the future of enterprise conversational AI by supporting high-impact demos, contributing to cutting-edge agent development, and playing a key role in how we turn complex customer needs into elegant technical solutions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the depth of different types of demos.
• Support the lead Sales Engineers in bot building and preparing demos for different opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer’s requirements.
• Actively supporting other Sales Engineers in answering RFPs.
• Support our Consulting partners with PreSales activities and assets
• Create and update documentation on Sales Engineering processes.
• Take part in current opportunities, team-specific process improvements and cross-departmental discussions.

Salesforce,, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Miro, GSuite, Loom, Notion, Slack

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You are currently enrolled in a German University studying business informatics or something similar with a good understanding of technology and business
• Ability to work from our Berlin HQ office at least once a week.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs / Interfaces
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, Typscript or Python.
