About the PositionAs a Product Designer at CentML, you will craft elegant and highly functional user experiences across our suite of ML optimization and LLM inference products. You will work closely with the Product team and our Front-End Engineers to design interfaces that translate complex technical workflows into accessible, user-centered experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how customers interact with cutting-edge ML infrastructure tools and help drive the usability and adoption of our product.
What you’ll do
User Experience Design:- Design end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex ML/AI processes.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on and validate design decisions.
Interface Design & Visual Systems:- Create high-fidelity UI designs that are responsive, scalable, and visually consistent across platforms.- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries in collaboration with engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define requirements, translate technical functionality into intuitive experiences, and align on delivery timelines.
Continuous Improvement:- Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to elevate CentML’s user experience.

What you’ll need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for complex, technical products, preferably in SaaS, ML/AI, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, from research and wireframing to final UI execution.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Bonus points if you have

• Experience designing for ML, AI, or data infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (e.g., component-driven design).
• Experience building and maintaining robust design systems at scale.
• Prior early-stage product experience.
