Senior Data Scientist - GenAI & Agentic Systems

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist specialized in Generative AI (GenAI) to develop cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. The role involves leveraging GenAI technologies within cloud-native environments to advance product capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy GenAI models for enhanced reasoning and content generation.

• Optimize large models via grounding, post-training and distillation techniques.

• Create autonomous agentic AI systems for decision-making and interactions.

• Utilize data condensation, summarization and de-contextualization

• Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions on AWS.

• Efficient prompt engineering

• Lead projects in a self-driven and independent manner

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of NLP/machine learning experience.

• Proficient in Python, AWS, Hugging Face.

• Experienced with AWS cloud and serverless architectures.

• Expertise in all major GenAI concepts as model distillation, MCP, RAG, MoE, prompt engineering, RLHF,...

Preferred:

• Experience deploying production AI models using serverless tech at corporate scale using Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with agentic AI and autonomous systems
