The Data Analytics Senior Associate will sit within Apogem’s Information Technology Data Analytics team and report to the Director of Data Analytics. This role is equal parts builder, optimizer, and steward of the firm’s CRM environment. The Senior Associate will contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of CRM infrastructure, ensuring it is well-structured, reliable, and aligned with the needs of Investor Relations, Business Development, and Investment Teams. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity, optimizing reporting capabilities, and supporting the delivery of accurate, actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support CRM Development: Contribute to the design, enhancement, and governance of our CRM data structure to ensure it effectively supports the firm’s capital raising, investor engagement, and deal lifecycle management.
  • Deliver Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain accurate, insightful dashboards and reports that support Investor Relations, Business Development, Investment Teams, and firm leadership in making data-informed decisions.
  • Support Deal and Pipeline Visibility: Partner with investment professionals to ensure that deal-related data is accurately captured and reflected in CRM systems, enabling clear visibility into pipeline status, transaction progress, and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure Data Quality & Consistency: Uphold rigorous data standards across all CRM-related workflows. Conduct regular audits, implement validation controls, and resolve discrepancies to maintain trust in reporting outputs.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements to streamline data management, reduce manual processes, and improve access to key information across teams.
  • Act as a CRM Resource: Serve as a knowledgeable internal resource for CRM-related reporting, analytics, and system usage, helping stakeholders translate business needs into reliable, data-driven solutions.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus
  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience in a CRM, data analytics, or operations role—ideally within financial services, investment management, or a similarly data-sensitive environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., DealCloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), with an understanding of how these systems support relationship management and business development
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with structured data; ability to draw insights from data and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly around data quality, reporting accuracy, and documentation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

 

 

Pay Transparency

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
