OSS Data Analyst

OSS Data Analyst 

• This position will review data from multiple sources (i.e. Phoenix, ADP and SAP) to support the research and analysis of prevailing wage reporting. 
  What your day-to-day looks like:  
  •    Engage with prevailing wage analysis team 
  •    Collect and update data associated with wage and union benefit packages 
  •    Support data collection and analysis in support of prevailing wage reporting
  •    Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operation and/or technical support 
  •    Coordinate with Payroll to ensure all union dues and fringes reports are provided timely
  •    Prepare leadership briefing material for decision making, based on results of the data investigation 
  What we need to see from you: 
  •    SAP project system experience preferred
  •    Preferred prior experience in Labor relations and/or understanding of union reporting
  •    Strong analytical skills
  •    Associate’s degree or similar work experience preferred
  •    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  •    Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •    Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills
  •    Strong attention to detail
  •    Must pass nuclear background and drug screen
  •    Must be a US Citizen (in the US) or Permanent Resident
