About the role

We are looking for a Process Optimization Analyst Intern to support and enhance internal project processes in the banking sector. In this role, you will work closely with the PMO team to identify inefficiencies and automate key workflows, contributing to smoother operations and improved performance.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Automate various processes, working directly with PMO.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of some object-oriented language (Java, Python, etc)
• Knowledge of Excel/ Macros VBA
• Knowledge of PowerBI
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Critical thinking

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
