Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI-Driven Product Development: Oversee the design and implementation of AI-enhanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success managers, developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients as a presales consultant to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where AI can add value, translating these insights into actionable product features.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and ServiceNow, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Promote Best Practices: Advocate for the adoption of the Business Technology Standard and other best practices in AI and product management.

To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in development, product management and presales, with a focus on AI and platform solutions like ServiceNow.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and their application within enterprise platforms.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product development with business goals and client needs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
