BI Development Analyst 4

As a Senior BI Analyst within Hologic's Corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) function, you'll play a key role in supporting quality data review programs across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Knowledge

• Deep understanding of data visualization tools such as Microsoft PL-300, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with corporate IT policies, data protection laws, and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Expertise in database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and how data contributes to organizational improvement.

Skills

• Advanced dashboard development and data visualization skills to create user-friendly, interactive dashboards.
• Proficiency in data processing, validation, and analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize dashboard functionality.

Experience

• Master’s degree with 6+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dashboard development and data visualization using tools such as Microsoft PL-300, Power BI or QlikView.
• Strong background in data analysis and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize dashboards for usability and performance while adhering to corporate IT policies.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $113,000-$176,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
