ML Data Analyst & BI

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile ML Data Analyst to join our growing BI & Analytics team. This hybrid role combines business intelligence development, data analysis, and machine learning — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams
• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports, including business funnels and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze business data to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to support forecasting, segmentation, and other business use cases
• Communicate findings and recommendations to influence strategic decisions across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in ML
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
• Experience in DWH design
• Experience with DBT - an advantage
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker - an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
