What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Data & AI Architecture team, you will:

• Design and own the data & AI architecture for the Commercial domain (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer, etc.), aligning with enterprise-wide standards and business goals.
• Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof data solutions using modern architecture Principles and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, business stakeholders, and regional teams to identify & guide data & ai initiatives from concept to execution.
• Model and map data flows, metadata, and domain-specific data structures to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Drive innovation by contributing to our enterprise-wide data models and helping teams understand how data flows across systems & processes.
• Influence strategy by assessing the organizational and financial impact of data & ai architecture decisions.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect in international, commercial-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture frameworks (e.g., DMBOK, TOGAF), data mesh principles and AI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to lead workshops and bridge the gap between business and tech.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Experience in the chemical industry is a strong plus.
