Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY: Radiology Partners utilizes custom, high performant cloud-native applications to deliver AI results in the clinical workflow. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience overseeing the deployment, operations, automation and maintenance of cloud-native applications and infrastructure using cutting- edge tools and techniques.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Support, development teams, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and AWS services (e.g., EKS, EC2, CodePipeline) to support cloud-native applications and edge devices.
  • Partner with engineering and QA teams to architect and automate deployment workflows for development, testing, and production environments, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Work with third-party vendors to onboard and deploy their applications within Radiology Partners’ AWS cloud environment, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with security and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across deployment environments, participating in a structured on-call rotation with an escalating support model to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability.
  • Engage in an Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, task estimation, and daily standups, to deliver iterative improvements to infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to security planning, analysis, and implementation across internal and external systems, collaborating with the security team to enforce best practices and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
  • Perform infrastructure operations, maintenance, and automation tasks to support engineering and data science teams, delivering high-quality, timely solutions that enhance system performance and resilience.
  • Build and enhance monitoring, metrics, logging, and alerting systems using AWS tools (e.g., CloudWatch, X-Ray) and other observability platforms to proactively identify and address potential issues.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or development operations; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong expertise in AWS, with certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional preferred.
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and AWS CodePipeline.
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (CloudSQL, BigQuery, DynamoDB) and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
