Your journey with usThe Payroll & Reward Analyst will play an important role in the Reward & Analytics team, part of the Deloitte People & Purpose department (internal focus). In this entry level role you will provide analytical support and insights to drive people strategies in various domains: reward, workforce planning, budgeting, payroll, etc. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to ensure high data quality and accuracy; you need to be attentive to detail and have the ability to understand the data generation process. At the same time, we also need a person that relates well with the business, communicates efficiently, and can translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to employee compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends in employee rewards and benefits.
- Operational Payroll Support: Reporting and controls of Master Data, mobility- & benefit-related data.
- Benchmarking: Support market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: first experience (0-3 years) in HR analytics, compensation, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and HRIS systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
