Description & Requirements

Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate – designs, develops, maintains, and executes test plans for both manual and automated testing; records, reports and validates defects and defect fixes; participates in activities to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes: • Design, Create and Maintain Test Plans (Automated and Manual) • Execute Test Plans (Automated and Manual) • Document, Report and Validate Defects • Take applicable training courses to build and enhance technical, functional, and soft skills. • Attend team meetings and participate in corporate events. • Learn and apply the PBM (Principle Based Management)
What You Will Need:Required Skills: • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and issues in software applications. • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze system specifications and translate them into test scripts. • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying problems, finding solutions, and troubleshooting issues. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with development teams. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with testing tools and software• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Basic understanding of the phases of software development. • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Basic Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages like Python can be beneficial. Others: • Willing to report on-site at least 3X a week.
What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or similar in Software Engineering or Computer Science • Familiarity of any automation tool such as Robotframework
