Your Impact
- Research and Development: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies and its releases. Conduct research to recommend innovative solutions w.r.t tools, process that can be implemented within the organization.
- Integrate LLM Capabilities: Design and implement software components / tools to integrate LLM capabilities into Cerence's AI speech recognition releases.
- Validation and Implementation: Conduct testing and validation of ASR+NLU traditional models and LLM-based features to support the deployment of models into various environments and ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing product releases and customer projects.
- Mentoring and Training: Share knowledge and expertise with other team members through training sessions and workshops, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
What you bring
- Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the following programming languages : C, C++, Python.
- Proficiency in dev-Ops with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, K8s Kubernetes, Git
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding about Generative AI and Large Language Models which includes Fine tuning of LLMs, Implementation of LLM based Agents, RAG Pipelines, Function and Tool calling, and deploying models for real-world applications. (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
