【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution is about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focuses on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, deploy, and monitor Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI solutions for our organization. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. You will create new applications using Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint as well as help delivery teams and users. You will use your knowledge, expertise to stay ahead in evolving Microsoft tool ecosystem. You will provide technical support for Power Automate/Power Apps/SharePoint, and resolve issues with external agencies and teams, business users and software vendors. You’ll also monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. The evolving use and future opportunities bring a lot of variety in your day-to-day job. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） 1. Supporting Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. 2. Creating and configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts. Developing custom forms and templates. 3. Developing Power Automate, Power Apps and custom SharePoint solutions and integrating with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems. Developing custom Azure function and Azure Logic App workflows for SharePoint sites as per business requirements. 4. Conduct business analyses by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, adjust communication for non-technical audiences, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals using an agile approach. 5. Providing technical support for custom/citizen-led development in Power Automate/Power Apps. 6. Increasing tools’ adoption through conducting training sessions. 7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of applications, simplify administrative activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience. 8. Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation as needed. 9. Data Reporting: work with related reporting platforms to summarize data maintained in the system. 10. Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment. 11. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units. 12. Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise. 13. Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities. 14. Reporting: Regularly report on system use to your Capability Lead, VT captain, and team members. 15. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ＜必須 / Required＞ 1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science 2. 5+ years of demonstrated engineering experience (development and configuration in a SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages). 3. Proficiency in SharePoint development, .NET, Azure tools, Visual Studio Code. Knowledge of CSS, HTML 5, and UI/UX design principles. 4. Experience with Power BI (or advanced Excel features and another leading BI tool, such as Tableau or Qlik Sense): Connecting to various data sourcing, shaping and transforming data using to clean, aggregate, and prepare data for analysis; understanding star schemas, relationships, and data normalization; experience creating calculated columns, measures, and complex formulas to enable dynamic reporting. 5. Visualization and Reporting: Ability to design intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI’s visualization tools (charts, graphs, maps, etc.). Knowledge of best practices for data storytelling and user experience (UX). 6. Working knowledge of most of the following: Web parts, User Store, Workflows, Master pages as well as Business Connectivity Services, Page Layouts, Nintex forms & workflows. 7. Scripting skills with PowerShell, JavaScript code or Python 8. Exposure to jQuery. Understanding or relational databases and SQL. 9. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps ways of working. Experience in using Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and version control. 10. Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, security teams, business users, software vendors, and other external agencies. 11. Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Investigate and resolve issues related to the application, infrastructure, or deployment pipelines. 12. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability. 13. Excellent communication skills, both solid written and verbal Japanese and English, and cultural adaptability to collaborate efficiently with technical teams across Japan, Europe and US. 14. Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes, with a commitment to continuous learning.
