Data Analytics Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Mainz, Germany. In this role, you will lead our data analytics efforts, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and managing a team of skilled analysts.

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design and execution of complex data analysis projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for business challenges
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong statistical analysis skills and understanding of machine learning techniques
• Excellent project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
