Product Data Analyst

Our Product Management team drives product innovation from ideas to execution across our global platform. We work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to launch impactful features that enhance user experience and business performance.
About the role We’re looking for curious and motivated Junior Product Data Analysts to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to develop hands-on experience in using data to improve product decisions. You’ll help analyze both on-chain and off-chain data, contribute to experimentation efforts, and learn how to shape product strategies with data.

Job Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports that make data accessible and useful for stakeholders.
• Assist in defining product success metrics and setting up event tracking strategies.
• Work with product managers and senior analysts to generate insights that inform product decisions.
• Support experiment design and analysis to improve user experience and product performance.
• Explore data trends and generate actionable insights that influence the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL and Python skills — you're comfortable querying large datasets and automating analysis.
• A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving real-world problems with data.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and able to communicate data findings clearly.
• Comfortable with numbers, and interested in how product and user data drive business impact.
• A recent graduate or early-career candidate with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
