Position overview:

We are seeking an AI Sales Systems Specialist who blends traditional outbound sales know-how with a technical mindset for sales automation and AI tooling. You will support Account Executives (AEs) by researching prospects, crafting intelligent outreach strategies, and building workflows using LLMs and no-code platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands outbound sales and knows how to accelerate it with AI-writing great prompts, integrating the right tools, and helping AEs operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Support & Research
    • Conduct lead research using ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and internal ICP filters.
    • Craft personalized messaging with AI-assisted prompt frameworks.
    • Enrich data and tag leads for better segmentation in HubSpot.
  • AI Enablement & Automation
    • Build repeatable messaging systems with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
    • Create prompt templates for emails, follow-ups, and industry-specific messaging.
    • Use tools like Clay, Zapier, or custom-built workflows to integrate AI into sales processes.
  • Tool & CRM Optimization
    • Maintain and clean CRM records in HubSpot to support pipeline visibility.
    • Collaborate with AEs to iterate on what messaging or automation is converting best.
    • Monitor tools and recommend new AI or workflow enhancements.
  • Sales Process Enhancement
    • Identify patterns across accounts and build outreach frameworks that scale.
    • Help AEs increase volume without sacrificing personalization using intelligent automation.
    • Stay informed on new AI tools and help pilot/implement them internally.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a sales support, SDR, or sales operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) and ability to compare model tradeoffs.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation (e.g., Clay, Zapier).
  • Strong research, writing, and process-building skills.
  • Curious, autonomous, and excited about combining sales and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AEs in a B2B environment (tech, SaaS, data services).
  • Comfort with prompt engineering and AI content generation.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and outbound campaign execution.
  • Understanding of AI tools as part of a go-to-market tech stack.
