About the Role  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our Creative Technology Hub, specializing in AR, VR, Web3, AI, and Machine Learning. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that leverage these technologies to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in architectural principles and emerging technologies will be essential in shaping the technical direction of our projects

What You’ll Do 

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into scalable, high-performing, and secure system architectures.
  • Create solution blueprints, technical documentation, and integration plans.
• Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and architecture improvements.
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, and risk management.
• Hands-on Development
  • Build and maintain robust backend and frontend components using modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js, React).
  • Implement APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews.
• Innovation & AI Integration
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI, LLMs, and data solutions within client solutions.
  • Work with data engineers and AI specialists to integrate intelligent features. 

What You’ll Need  

Must-Have Skills

• Solution Architecture
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale web and/or mobile application architectures
  • Strong foundation in system design, integration patterns, and security best practices
  • Ability to lead architecture planning sessions, build proof-of-concepts, and drive implementation
• Programming & Frameworks
  • Expert in Python (FastAPI, Django) or PHP (Laravel, Symfony), or js
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architecture
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Gemini
• DevOps & Infrastructure
  • Proficient with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions), and deployment automation
  • Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and caching systems (Redis/Memcached)
  • Familiar with cloud deployment on GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Cross-Platform Integration
  • Backend support for responsive web and mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across full-stack teams to ensure consistent user and data flows

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML pipelines, prompt engineering, or integrating generative AI into product features
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus
• Experience working in fast-paced agency or creative technology environments
