Position OverviewCare Access is seeking a strategic and proactive AI-Driven Marketing and Operations Analyst to optimize outreach initiatives that directly connect with patients and communities. You will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience deploying AI systems and improving operational workflows. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring AI models, writing effective prompts, integrating AI tools into business systems, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will work closely with the Community Engagement team in developing, improving, and scaling a grassroots marketing approach to increase awareness, trust, and participation.  
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and relationship-oriented, systems thinker, and experience in AI automation. This person will create tools, processes, and resources that empower Ambassadors to be successful advocates while maintaining the strategic vision for patient outreach and marketing effectiveness. 
This role combines field marketing, content generation, continuous process improvement, and system integrations — all aimed at driving patient awareness, engagement, and recruitment in diverse regions and communities. 

What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but not limited to):

  • Ambassador Program Management and Marketing Execution 
  • Create and manage attribution mechanisms such as QR codes, UTM links, and other tracking tools to monitor Ambassador performance and impact. Build AI agents to do this at scale. 
  • Oversee Ambassador payments and leverage building automation to ensure timely, accurate processing. 
  • Leverage feedback and data insights to refine Ambassador outreach strategies  
  • Use AI to automate the creation and production of content resources

  • AI build & implementation 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools and LLM-based systems  
  • Write, test, and optimize prompts to improve model outputs across various use cases (e.g., customer support, internal tools, content generation) 
  • Analyze system usage data to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and increase efficiency 
  • Monitor performance of AI systems post-deployment and drive continuous improvement 

  • Localized Outreach and Communication 
  • Recognize, analyze, and adapt outreach strategies to align with regional communication styles  
  • Support and innovate on-site marketing activations and event-based outreach alongside local site and event teams. 

  • Other Responsibilities 
  • Assist with data collection, implementation, and reporting at events and site locations 
  • Provide creative solutions to support local events and ad hoc outreach opportunities. 
  • Stay informed of best practices in grassroots marketing, patient engagement, and Ambassador program management to continually refine program effectiveness. 
  • Ensure Ambassador-related processes are compliant and scalable, supporting organizational growth and geographic expansion.

Physical Requirements

  • This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.  

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires up to 20% travel requirements further explained below. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.

What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, healthcare marketing, or a related field. 
  • Understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics to engage patient populations effectively. 
  • Experience developing AI agents and leveraging AI for workflow automation 
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in AI deployment 
  • Prior AI systems integrations with business tools like CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, or internal chatbots a plus 
  • Exceptional project management skills—capable of handling multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms). 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where adaptability and execution are key. 

Certifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Marketing field. 
  • Masters degree a plus.
