TEAMThe Enterprise AI Team’s mission is to give Toyota a platform for AI growth. The team works to simplify training, inference, MLops and other aspects of AI development. This is used internally to build safety, convenience and autonomy for the Toyota vehicles.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive a cross-functional program of work to build and deliver features to enable our AI platform to adapt with users’ cloud environments. The role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure success of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage project roadmaps for cloud infrastructure adaptation
• Collaborate with engineering, product to define technical execution plans
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Provide clear communication of project status and updates to stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering
• Solid background in server infrastructure, distributed systems, or performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as bilingual in English and Japanese

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working with customers and clients in Japan
• Experience working with machine learning and/or AI
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation
• Business level proficiency in Japanese
