Data Engineer (AU Global Education Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience and at least 4 years on SQL and 2 years on Python
• Hands-on experience working with AWS services such as Amazon Redshift, S3, AWS Lambda etc
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and Event driven architecture
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform/AWS CDK

Nice to Have: 

• Experience working with large language models

What will you do? 

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, microservices and integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization
• Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Maintain and strengthen data analytics infrastructure on cloud
• Work with large language models, agentic AI and build customer facing Gen-AI powered solutions.
