Job Description

• As a PreMaster for Project-Transparency and Generative AI, you will be responsible for project management, including roadmaps and requirements management. This involves regular stakeholder management through meetings and reviews.
• You will further develop our PowerBI environment, including interfaces with other data platforms. As a point of contact for global users, you will ensure continuous improvement and implementation of quality reports within the worldwide Engineering Quality Organization.
• In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and promoting Bosch's internal Generative AI solutions. Using low/no code architectures (with a focus on the Microsoft Suite), you will leverage your skills to generate additional value from our data.
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on special tasks such as workshop moderation, collaboration/training with partner departments, and more.

Qualifications

• Education: You possess a university degree (Bachelor) in mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field. You are also committed to pursuing a Master's degree.
• Personality: You are open-minded, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn. You are characterized by your analytical approach and critical thinking abilities.
• Working style: You are structured, self-directed, and results-oriented. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience and Knowledge: You have a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly PowerBI and SharePoint.
• Language skills: You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who are aiming to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial context. The second phase comprises the Master's program and includes further events and seminars as well as support through personal mentoring on the way to a successful degree.
