Senior Strategy Analyst

What You Will Do: 

• Develop concise, board-ready analysis on strategic questions such as market entry, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization. 
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and decision points for leadership. 
• Frame ambiguous problems, scope analytical approaches, and drive fact-based recommendations. 
• Identify high impact use cases for process automation and Generative AI. 
• Conduct market reviews to understand the best tools available and emerging technologies for team adoption. 
• Partner with Tech, Digital, and Retail teams to integrate solutions into daily operations. 
• Design dashboards and KPIs to track the financial and operational impact of Automation and Gen AI initiatives. 
• Collaborate with heads of functions and their teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. 

 Who You Are:  

• 6+ years in strategy or analytics roles, preferably in a tech-driven retail or e-commerce industry.  
• Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.  
• Advanced SQL proficiency 
• Python (pandas, NumPy, basic ML libraries) is a strong plus.  
• Demonstrated experience of assessing and implementing Automation or Gen AI solutions.  
• Track record of preparing executive-level presentations and influencing senior stakeholders.  
• Comfortable moving from high-level strategy to hands-on data work; you zoom in and out effortlessly.
