STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DATABASE ANALYST to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and maintains logical and physical data models to support complex data management needs. Writes efficient and complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources. Identifies and resolves database performance issues, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and database tuning. Implements data quality checks, validation rules, and data integrity constraints to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Works closely with application developers to integrate databases with software systems. Stays abreast of emerging database technologies and best practices. Tools & Technologies: Proficient in SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science or software engineering
EXPERIENCE: At least 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
CLEARANCE: Secret to Top Secret
*Position is contingent upon award.
