Your Tasks  

• Work on a multi-faceted collaborative project with international clients and media partners with a focus on hospitals 

• Conduct analysis of hospital data in multiple countries 

• Conceptualize, develop and implement extensive benchmarking reports for participating hospitals, suitable for Management and Quality Management stakeholders 

• Participation in (virtual) meetings for presenting benchmarking results to the hospitals 

• Develop scoring models to analyze and compare hospitals across multiple countries 

• Efficient and structured presentation of results in Excel and PowerPoint, cooperation with Data Science Team for automation of benchmarking 

• Opportunity to quickly take on project responsibility and direct customer contact 

Your Profile 

• Degree in health sciences, health economics, healthcare management, or a related discipline (Bachelor/Master) 

• Ability to familiarize yourself with different healthcare topics quickly and in detail 

• Robust experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., R, Python) 

• Enjoy collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large amounts of data 

• Very good analytical / quantitative skills, a high degree of initiative and a high-quality standard 

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Package, in particular very good Excel skills are an advantage 

• Work independently and reliably as well as a resilient and flexible team player 

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Further language skills would be an advantage
