Job Description

The Business Analytics department is crucial to driving strategic initiatives and providing leadership with critical data insights and comprehensive reporting. We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern with strong attention to detail and a keen interest in business analytics. In this role, you will use data to assist the decision-making processes, support project execution, and share insights across different levels of the organization.

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will:

• Support the development and maintenance of data models and reporting systems to aid business decision-making;

• Assist in analyzing business performance, helping to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;

• Learn and contribute to improving data processes and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;

• Enthusiasm for problem solving and a desire to learn how to derive meaningful insights from data;

• Familiarity with Google Sheets (or Excel); exposure to SQL and Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau or Looker Studio) is a plus, but not required;

• Basic knowledge of Python or R will be considered a plus, but is not mandatory;

• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
