Our Affiliate Programme leverages advanced AI tools to enable social media influencers to monetise their platforms, connect with brands, and grow their online presence. We are committed to providing a seamless, supportive experience for influencers and brands alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support to influencers joining our Affiliate Programme, assisting them with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing questions. 
• Sourcing influencers for partnership opportunities and approaching them about our Affiliate Programme.
• Create innovative Loom videos as unique outreach tactics.
• Utilise AI-powered tools to generate reports, track influencer engagement, and optimise campaign performance.
• Help create, edit, and distribute digital onboarding resources, campaign guides, and promotional materials, ensuring clarity and compliance for all affiliates.
• Schedule and coordinate campaign launches, influencer payouts, and content approvals in conjunction with our marketing and partnerships team.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and affiliate marketing best practices to make proactive recommendations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a virtual assistant, affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital customer support role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new AI tools and digital dashboards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily responsibilities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and common project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Positive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A genuine interest in social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital technology.
• Understanding of the online creator economy and social media platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience supporting affiliate programmes, influencer campaigns, or socials for e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing or analytics tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Hootsuite).
