【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) • Conduct regular and ad hoc data audits across global systems to ensure data consistency, completeness, and compliance with governance standards. • Develop, maintain, and execute data integrity checks and validation processes to proactively detect anomalies or inconsistencies. • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to understand data requirements • Monitor critical data elements (CDEs) and enforce data standards, definitions, and quality rules across systems and domains. • Identify root causes of data issues and coordinate resolution efforts with system owners, business users, and DigitalX teams. • Provide oversight and reporting on data quality KPIs, audit findings, and remediation status to leadership and governance councils. • Maintain and enhance global data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through strong documentation and audit trails. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data stewardship practices and tools. • Participate in global data governance initiatives, working groups, and system transformation projects as a subject matter expert on data quality and audit controls.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required> • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or audit-related roles in a global organization. • Strong knowledge of data auditing methodologies, data profiling, and integrity assessment techniques. • Experience working with data governance tools or audit platforms. • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Familiarity with key HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Time & Attendance modules, Payroll knowledge). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across geographies and functions. • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-up.
<歓迎 / Preferred> • Understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, JSOX). • Experience in global audit coordination, including preparation, execution, and remediation tracking. • Certification in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Audit (e.g., DCAM, DAMA, CISA). • Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement related to data issues.

【給与 / Salary】 ①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定 ②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給 ③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給 ①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability. ②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade) ③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
