Job Description SummaryAs a member of Digital Engineering team, Software Engineer in Steam Services ITR Engineering will support developing AI applications and Data acquisition applications for Steam Turbine engineering mainly focusing on engineering productivity, quality, on time delivery, product cycle & cost reduction.

Job Description

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Be a part of team to support development using ML and Generative AI technologies including but not limited to LLMs and Vision Models
Responsibilities also includes supporting development and management of Site data acquisition system application
Work effectively on an assigned project in the field of Steam Turbine engineering application development.
Work closely with the design community to identify business needs, create a problem statement, & develop functional specifications and support software development.
Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with organization policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Working towards Bachelors/master’s in computer science (Specialization in AI/ML and Data Sciences).

Skill Set requirements:

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java with analytics skills and exposure to web services.,
Knowledge in Site Data Acquisition and transport methodologies
Understanding of data structures, algorithms and computer architectures with ability to write highly optimized code.
Experience with data modelling and applied mathematics.
Experience building models with deep learning frameworks to find solutions to that data that represent approximately to a partial differential equation data.
Experience development and deploying models with Flask, Django, AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
Knowledge of relevant statistical, mathematical, and computational concepts.
Ability to collaborate with others, work in a team, maintain a respectful working environment.
Strong written, composed verbal communication, presentation and organization skills.
Curious disposition that allows you to think both critically and outside the box.
Interest in learning the latest technologies and methods in this space and orientation to research, find new/unconventional ways to solve complex problems.
