Role overview
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical role in our talent strategy by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates. You’ll partner closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand our hiring needs and build strong pipelines for roles such as Software Engineers, LLM Engineers, Data Scientists, or Product Managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, technical forums, events, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand technical roles.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess technical background and motivation.
- Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
- Track and manage candidate information in our ATS with a high degree of accuracy.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving tech stacks.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, tools, and hiring trends in the tech space.
- Experience sourcing or hiring candidates across Europe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with technical terminology, frameworks, and hiring trends.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
