GEN AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager in GenAI Core team you will help shape the future of our Generative AI platform—with a strong focus on GenAI and agentic capabilities.

This isn’t a traditional AI/ML development role. Instead, it’s about transforming ideas into impactful GenAI product features—particularly in the space of autonomous agents, multi-agent collaboration, and LLM-driven automation.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, implementable features in the GenAI platform.
• Collaborate across teams to build next-gen GenAI experiences
• Continuously refine and optimize the product based on feedback and trends such as agentic and multiagent capabilities.
• Create and maintain product feature backlog, user guides.
• Refine the backlog features into implementation Epic, user stories, artefacts.
• Provide prompt and effective support and guidance to developers.
• Ensure the quality of implementation and deliverables.  
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address and resolve product issues.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assume overall responsibility for the product management in respective projects.
• Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning and the ability to quickly adapt and implement new technologies.

 

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of working experience.
• 3–6 years in product management (preferably in AI/tech platforms)
• Experience in GenAI product development and agent-based design
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
• Proficiency in implementing Generative AI-based applications using different large language models.
• Understanding & experience in various generative AI models on cloud platforms such as Azure/ AWS, including Retrieval Augmented Generation, Prompt engineering, Agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, familiarity with deploying and managing AI applications, handling cloud storage, compute instances, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with in Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks for building user interfaces, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technologies like Postgres, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases such as pgvector, neo4j.
• Understanding of security principles as they apply to AI applications, especially in a cloud environment.
• Experience with collaboration and versioning tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug code effectively.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
