HR Data AnalyticsWhat does a successful Human Resources Data Analyst do?
At Fiserv, a Human Resources Data Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and support the HR department. You will transform raw data into actionable insights that enhance talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Your work ensures that Fiserv remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence, aligning HR functions with our mission to serve real people in an increasingly digital world.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor and analyze key HR functions
Conduct data analysis to provide insights on employee performance, retention, compensation, and other HR-related areas
Collaborate with HR business partners to support data-driven decision-making and optimize HR programs and initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies based on data analysis
Design and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis requested by HR leadership
Stay up-to-date on HR analytics best practices and trends to continuously improve processes
Create and manage automated dashboards and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
What you will need to have:
Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, VBA, and Power Query
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
What would be great to have:
Experience in HR analytics within the FinTech industry
Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis
Understanding of HR principles and practices
