Master Data Specialist

JELD-WEN EESTI AS is currently seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our growing team in Estonia.

 

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Master Data Specialist to join our team.

 

The responsibilities include:

⦁ Structuring product master data

⦁ Uploading and downloading product data in the ERP system

⦁ Supporting the factory, sales, purchasing, and business teams

⦁ Analyzing, structuring, and cleansing product data

⦁ Monitoring and tracking missing or incorrect data

⦁ Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

Requirements for the Candidate:

 

⇢ Preferably 3 years of experience in master data management within an international company ⇢ Accuracy, systematic approach, and strong attention to detail ⇢ Strong sense of work ethic and discipline ⇢ Good analytical skills and understanding of product lifecycle management ⇢ Ability to ensure data quality and guide others when necessary ⇢ Advanced skills in MS Excel; good command of Word and PowerPoint ⇢ Excellent English skills (written and spoken business communication)
