What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business manages roads networks throughout Australia and we are now looking for a newly created role as an Asset Systems Coordinator to join the team. The Asset Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations and adding significant value to our clients.

Role responsibilities include:

  • System Implementation & Support: Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of Asset Management Systems across the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Undertake and support improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our asset management systems and processes.
  • Training Development & Delivery: Support the development and delivery of training for contract teams to ensure they understand and effectively use the Asset Management Systems.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with contract teams, system vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in delivering comprehensive reporting as required by the Asset Management System, in collaboration with other Engineering Solutions Team members.

How you will connect to the role:

Preferred candidates will have experience administering asset management systems coupled with tertiary qualifications related to asset management. You will also have:

  • Experience working on road networks including pavements will be highly regarded;
  • Experience utilising Asset Management Software Systems.
  • Understanding and utilisation of AI products.
  • A solid understanding of SQL.
  • High level of competency in the Microsoft suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role can be based in any of our major offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This role will require you to travel across Australia when required and dependant on project needs.
