We’re on the lookout for a skilled SEO Content Writer to join our team in Indore. In this role, you'll craft compelling, SEO-driven content that attracts the right audience and generates quality leads. Your focus will be on creating impactful blogs and high-converting landing pages that speak directly to key decision-makers such as TA leaders, CTOs, founders, and CHROs. Collaborating closely with the SEO and marketing teams, you’ll help ensure our content ranks on search engines and aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Content Development

• Write 4–5 high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs daily across domains like IT Staffing, IT Services, RPO, and GCCs.
• Leverage tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and AI writing assistants to boost content visibility.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to capture high-intent, long-tail opportunities.
• Apply SEO best practices (on-page optimization, internal linking, alt tags, meta descriptions, etc.).
• Ensure all content complies with Google’s EEAT principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).

Landing Page Optimization

• Collaborate with SEO/growth teams to create landing pages that drive conversions.
• Target location-specific and service-specific keywords (e.g., “Hire Python Developers,” “App Development Services” in the US, UAE, and India).
• Optimize CTAs, meta elements, and page structure to enhance conversion rates.
• Incorporate trust-building elements like client case studies and testimonials.
• Analyze user intent and competitor content to refine messaging.

AI-Assisted Content Strategy

• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Prompt Expert) for faster ideation and first-draft generation.
• Maintain a human-led editorial tone to ensure authenticity and engagement.
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to boost visibility on AI-powered and voice search platforms.

Performance Monitoring

• Track performance using GA4, SEMrush, and keyword ranking tools.
• Regularly update and refresh content based on analytics to improve search rankings and traffic.
• Share performance insights with internal teams to help shape content strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of SEO content writing experience, preferably in the B2B tech or IT staffing sector.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong grasp of technical content writing, branding, and marketing principles.
• Ability to humanize AI-generated content while adhering to SEO standards.
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside SEO, sales, and marketing teams.
