We are seeking a seasoned Data Insights leader to lead the enterprise analytics, reporting, and business insights function within our Data & Insights Center of Excellence (CoE). This strategic and hands-on role is responsible for delivering high-impact analytical solutions that drive decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and has a track record of enabling business value through data storytelling, advanced analytics, and scalable reporting solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with data engineering, data governance, operations, and business teams across the U.S. and India. Success will be measured by the adoption and impact of insights-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

The impact you'll have:

  • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide analytics and reporting strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of analysts and insight professionals, both in the US and India to deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify key metrics, reporting needs, and analytics opportunities that directly inform business strategy.
  • Establish and operationalize a scalable insights framework that standardizes KPI definitions, business logic, and reporting templates.
  • Enable self-service analytics by creating curated data models, reusable assets, and guided dashboards for business teams.
  • Ensure strong data quality and integrity in collaboration with data engineering and data governance teams.
  • Lead the development of executive and operational dashboards that drive visibility into business performance and customer behavior.
  • Promote data storytelling practices that translate complex data into compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive adoption and training of analytics platforms (Power BI) across business functions.
  • Implement success metrics and monitor the business impact of insights initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner to business leaders, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation through data.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale reporting and analytics programs in an agile, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Expertise in SQL and data modeling; familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance metrics, and data storytelling principles.
  • Experience working closely with data engineering, data governance, and business process owners.
  • Skilled in developing and tracking performance metrics to measure insights adoption and business impact.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results under tight timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles.
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing analytics or insights teams.
  • 5+ Experience supporting diverse business functions such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, or Operations with data insights in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in a centralized data Insights CoE or enterprise data environment is strongly preferred.
  • Industry certifications in analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are a plus.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $126,750. - $233,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
