Then we hope you will join us as our new communicative data management scientist being responsible for managing the successful completion of tasks within Quality!

Your New Role

You will support Quality with Data tasks including visualizations, setup of data flows to track operational activities and identification of improvements in data handling across the department.

 This position requires a high degree of business acumen as well as process insight to drive, facilitate, and manage stakeholders across the entire Quality business with authority and charisma.

You will build up strong insights to our business, and a strong network both internally and with various stakeholders. You will serve as our go-to person in our Data & Visual Workflow hub.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Oversight of portfolio and task distribution within the Data & Visual Workflow hub.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau for Quality.
• Optimize data flow from quality systems to create advanced views, e.g. through use of Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Develop and manage models to identify trends and to measure KPIs.
• Utilize tools as Alteryx and Tableau for data processing and visualization.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess

• Bachelor’s (BA) or master’s degree (MSc) in IT, Engineering, or any other relevant field.
• Relevant QA IT or QC experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP Quality Systems

Your New Team & Department

You will be part of the Data Management Team within Program Quality. Program Quality is part of the Quality organization and consists of QC Program Management, QA Program Management, Stability, and the Data Management.

In Program Quality we work in a busy and dynamic environment where we support biologics Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) production as well as the global release of commercial products (DS/DP) for our global network of clients.
