What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist who will:

• Provide data science and analytics solutions to Department of Defense Clients.

• Identify and address client needs, build client relationships, and drive initiatives forward.

• Wrangle, cleanse, and analyze data using programming languages such as Python

• Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools

• Build predictive and/or Large Language Models on advanced data science platforms

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelor's Degree

• THREE (3) or more years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data visualization

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes

• Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency

• Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
