Job Summary: The LPS Data Analyst will be responsible for all reporting activities within the LPS team and will soon take on dashboard creation responsibilities. This role requires a highly technical individual with strong analytical skills to manage and interpret complex data sets, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  • Create and manage dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Perform complex data analysis and organize it to generate meaningful reports.
  • Conduct testing and system validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data tools and reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
