We’re looking for a visionary and technically astute Product Owner/Manager to lead our NextGen AI Automation squads and contribute to the AI Tech Foundation under the CTO. This role is pivotal in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative AI capabilities that empower engineering teams across the enterprise.

As a Technical Product Owner/Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI platform evolution—driving the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered automation capabilities. You’ll work closely with engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate strategic intent into tangible outcomes that modernise applications and elevate customer and employee experiences.

You’ll also partner with a Senior Product Manager and apply SVPG (Silicon Valley Product Group) principles to ensure product discovery, delivery, and strategy are tightly aligned with user needs and business goals.

What you’ll do

• Own and assist Crew Lead on the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI automation capabilities and foundational AI services.

• Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver high-impact features using agile and DevSecOps practices.

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to apply SVPG-aligned product thinking—balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability.

• Translate complex problems into actionable user stories and measurable outcomes.

• Evaluate emerging AI tools (including Agentic AI) and integrate them into engineering workflows.

• Champion continuous learning, experimentation, and iterative delivery from prototype to production.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex engineering initiatives as a Product Owner/Product Manager or Technical Lead.

• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative and Agentic AI, and their application in product development.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), microservices, and containerisation.

• Familiarity with ML frameworks, large-scale data processing, and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog management (Jira), and cross-functional collaboration.

• Technical fluency in Python, JavaScript, C#, and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).

• Experience working with SVPG-aligned product teams and a strong grasp of discovery/delivery best practices.

• A passion for solving technical product challenges and enabling teams to build responsibly with AI.
