Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Data maintenance and data uploads to Apptio (TBM Studio and ITP)

• Data load processes documentation, optimizations and automation proposals

• Apptio system administration - contribution to risk assessments, SDLC, alignment on corporate infrastructure setup

• Minor TBM system reconfigurations

• Access administration to TBM and ITP

• Communication with users and stakeholders

• Change requests administration

 
Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including Power BI or at least VBA at elementary level 

• Readiness to learn new system (fair portion of work will be in Apptio, the TBM system - the job learning will be provided)

• Basic understandings of financial terms and processes (Forecast, Accruals, Depreciations, Cost Center, POs, cross charges, Journal entries, etc.)

• Analytical thinking with structured and systematic approach to work

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Solution oriented

• Understanding of database systems (advantage)

• Knowledge of Apptio system (advantage)
